FALL 2011 / WINTER 2012
During Fall Semester, all groups participate in a Christmas Music Revue (Dec. 6, 13) and will give an in-class semester review presentation (Week of Nov. 15-18). During Winter Semester, all groups participate in a Broadway Music Revue (May 8-9) and will perform in their own one-act play or musical in May 2012.

Creative drama brings stories to life using imagination and pretend games.
Time: Tuesdays 4-5pm

Intermediate class focusing on performance technique, auditioning, vocal health and training, acting skills and dance improvement.

Shakespearean-based acting class focusing on scenes, monologues and ensemble work.

AUDITION ONLY GROUPS
These intermediate and advanced musical theatre and performance teams hold open auditions each year.
Acting Up: Grades 10-12
Directed by Kathryn Little. Auditions are usually held in June of each year.
Time: Saturdays 7:30-10:30am
Tuition: $500 for both semesters plus additional clothing and tour fees
General Ruckus: Grades 7-9
Directed by Amy Keeler. Auditions were held on Sept. 8, 2011. Click here to see the final cast list for 2011-2012.
Time: Thursdays 4:00-6:00pm
Tuition: $45/month plus $55 production fee per semester
Shakespeare Junior and Senior Competition Teams: Grades 5-12
Directed by Alex Barlow. Auditions are usually held in August of each year.

TO REGISTER: Registration for Winter 2012 will be open on Monday, Nov. 14, 2011. You may pick up a registration form at the SCERA Center for the Arts, 745 South State, Orem, open 10am-6pm weekdays, call (801) 225-ARTS to register by phone or download and print the registration form. Bring the completed form and full payment to the main office of the SCERA Center for the Arts. There is a $15 cancellation fee per class.
