We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy.  We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site.  We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited.  We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.  We may add your email address to our SCERA patron email database and you may receive official emails from SCERA.  You can unsubscribe at any time.  

Your payment and personal information is always safe.  Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions.  It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

All sales of tickets, gift cards, concessions and merchandise are final and there are no refunds.  If you have paid full or part tuition for any education program and may have a valid reason for a refund, please call (801) 225-ARTS to discuss the possibility.  Tuition refunds may be pro-rated upon determination of the number of classes already attended.  The $15 registration fee is non-refundable.  Handling and credit card fees are also non-refundable.  

Online ticket orders made seven business days or more prior to the chosen event date will be mailed to the address provided by the customer.  Online ticket order made less than seven business days prior to the chosen event date will be left for pickup in will call at the box office under the name provided by the customer.  There are non-refundable per ticket fees and a non-refundable handling fee.  Online merchandise or gift card sales will ship out within three-four days of purchase.  We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order and shipping and non-refundable handling charges will be applied.
