You are cordially invited to attend the 7th Annual AN EVENING OF STARS Benefit Arts Gala, a black tie event featuring fine cuisine by UVU Culinary Arts, fantastic live entertainment and presentation of THE STAR AWARDS.  The Star Awards, the highlight of the evening, honor and celebrate groups and individuals who have made and continue to make significant contributions to the arts in Utah County and beyond.  The event will be hosted by Michael McLean and this year's theme is "Tropical Paradise."

Everything for the gala — from auction items, video production, printing and table linens to performers, equipment, plaques and dinner — has been donated so that 100% of the proceeds will benefit SCERA’s Endowment for the Arts and its arts programs.  SCERA is a 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable organization and donations are tax-deductible.

The red carpet and a silent auction opens at 5:30 p.m. Dinner will begin at 6 p.m. followed by a live auction conducted by the popular Kevin Gallagher at 6:45 p.m.  The silent auction will feature a wide variety of beautiful themed baskets and the live auction will feature larger items such as vacations, fine art, sports memorabilia and much more.  The Star Awards and entertainment will begin immediately after the live auction. Each Star Award recipient is recognized with a professional video tribute.

Robertson. “It goes far beyond SCERA; we acknowledge a wide variety of involvement in the arts in many cities and organizations throughout the valley.”

WOULD YOU LIKE TO DONATE TO OUR AUCTION?  We are in need of items large and small for our silent and live auctions.  Gift certificates, tickets, services, and just about any kind of merchandise would be greatly appreciated.  If you want to put together a themed basket, we would love that as well!  Your donation will be recognized on bidding sheets and by the auctioneer.
