As a world-renowned recording artist and concert violinist, it is impossible to escape the artistic magic of Jenny Oaks Baker, and her virtuoso talent was recently recognized when her album Wish Upon A Star: A Tribute to the Music of Walt Disney was nominated for a Grammy for Best Pop Instrumental Album. She received her Master of Music from Juilliard and her Bachelor’s in violin performance from Philadelphia’s Curtis Institute of Music. Jenny has released ten best-selling albums, which consistently chart on Billboard, with her 2010 album Then Sings My Soul hitting #1. Her performance career is equally impressive, with featured solos at Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center and the Kennedy Center. Jenny spent seven years as first violinist with the National Symphony Orchestra, and soloed with Jerusalem Symphony, San Diego Symphony, Utah Symphony, Orchestra at Temple Square, and the Mormon Tabernacle Choir. She has been featured in TV and radio broadcasts nationwide and served as a judge for the Stradivarius International Violin Competition.
