A play based on the popular children's book by Harry Allard!  The notorious and deliciously fearsome Miss Viola Swamp (the unknown alter ego of kindhearted Miss Nelson) reappears at the Horace B. Smedley School, this time to shape up their horribly horrible Tornadoes football team. It’s up to the “meanest substitute teacher in the world” to save the team – and the school – from finishing last. Cheered on by the cafeteria lady and one super perky cheerleader, the team reforms its wayward plays and touches down on the right side of the end zone. Filled with silly antics and poppy musical numbers, Miss Nelson Has A Field Day is sure to score with kids of all ages! Directed by Laurel J. Barham.
